Very helpful staff
High price as everthing in Vail! Small details that could have been better considering the price. eg my ski boots did not dry overnite in assigned ski locker room.

The hotel pays attention to detail, offering afternoon cookies and hot chocolate, as well as iced water with fresh fruit. The location is convenient, with easy access to the slopes and a hot tub. We recently stayed at Tivoli Lodge for a weekend getaway and had an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, Fio and Oscar at the front desk made us feel incredibly welcome. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating, meeting our every request. The location of the hotel in Vail Village was ideal, with easy access to Gondola 1 and the ski valet staff made it convenient to hit the slopes. The hotel itself had a cozy lodge-like feel, and our room was well-appointed with a comfortable bed and a fantastic bath/shower. We loved the peaceful and quiet atmosphere of the hotel, and the picturesque views of the surrounding area. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely consider returning to Tivoli Lodge.
Can recommend this hotel.

Comfy room with excellent bathroom amenities and a cozy fireplace. Loved the mountain view and the convenience of the ski locker room. The lobby was stunning, and we enjoyed gathering there with friends. The artwork and attractive details throughout the hotel added to the overall charm. Convenient location on the east end of town, with easy access to the bus stop and a quick ride to the gondola in Lionshead. Free and quick bus service was a plus. , the large soaking tub was perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing.
It was a bit challenging to navigate the small, busy roads, construction, and pedestrian-only areas in Vail. The hotel's slow elevator was a minor frustration, and there were some small issues with housekeeping not replenishing soap daily.

Best experience ever! Stayed at a lodge in Vail Village during New Year's and it was incredible. The location couldn't have been better - walking distance to all the main attractions and restaurants. Plus, it was so convenient being able to rent ski equipment from the friendly ski shop nearby. The accommodations were top notch, with a spacious room and luxurious amenities. Loved having a mountain view and a big soaking tub. Definitely recommend staying here!
Worst front desk service. She was rude and impatient, cutting me off multiple times during a phone call and showing no understanding for our travel delay.

Our mountain getaway was everything we hoped for. The hotel had a warm and inviting atmosphere, with spacious rooms that offered breathtaking views of the mountains. The staff was professional and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The daily brunch was a delightful way to start our mornings, and the outdoor hot tub provided the perfect relaxation at the end of the day. The location was convenient, with restaurants just a short walk away. The only downside was the expensive valet parking, but overall, it was the best vacation ever.
